HISTORY OF HOLY FAMILY ASHA NIWAS

Holy Family Asha Niwas belongs to the congregation of Holy family. The Congregation reached north India in 1964, and has been carry out large number of social and charitable activities like orphanages, home for aged and disabled also rendering services in the field of education, healthcare and women empowerment

Holy family Ash Niwas social welfare society is headquartered at Mahavir enclave south west Delhi, dedicated to re-build the lives of the misfortune and disadvantaged sections of the society, propelled by the exhortation of Jesus Christ ‘Whatever you did to the least of these brothers of mine, you did it to me St. Mathew (25:40) Holy family sisters are taking care of these blooming buds.

Holy family Asha Niwas has reached out to diffuse social, moral and secular knowledge as well as civic discipline especially to slum dwellers and weaker section through counselling programmed social & cultural animation programs undertake education of children and adult who are under privileged, marginalized and are below the poverty line.

The project was started in January 26th 2005. It’s located at Najafgarh Dichavu Road, Near Dichavu Gaon, New Delhi -110043. At present 30 girls got married and settled their life. Few children are not yet settled, around 15 are working N.C.T Of Delhi Asha Niwas is a home that promotes all secular values and celebrates all Indian festivities.

Mission: Upliftment of the under privileged girls and to establish, develop and maintain centers for the provision of shelter, Education and food. Training and job opportunities for street children especially Girls

Holy family Asha Niwas motivate of our childhood-enhancement50 program is to ensure educational excellence for the disadvantaged children through minimum fee per child Rs:100/50 according to their capacity. Incase if 3 children studying from same family one child will concession.

The Society feels proud to see the hard work and effort put in by the students as they continue to reach new heights.

Every girl on the street needs a home, care, education and support. To take care of street girls depends on generosity of people like you to give a future to them. You are most welcome to visit our home and share contribute your kind in needs
